One such criteria is the maximum weight of the letter – which must not exceed 5 grams under any conditions. Unfolded, the letter must measure under 30cm x 21 cm. The minimum dimension is 28.2cm x 18.2 cm. Once folded, the maximum dimensions must not exceed 21cm x 10 cm while the minimum is 15.2 cm x 9 cm
