Sushi

Start fruit

Star fruit which is gaining popularity recently, is also known as Carambola. It has a mixture of sweet and sour, and its shape is like a five-point star. Star fruit contains a decent amount of nutrients but is rich in quercetin, Gallic acid, and epicatechin.
