Wine glass

A wine glass is a type of stemware and hence comprises three parts: bowl, stem, and foot. It is used for drinking or tasting wine. There are different types of wine glass available that have slight changes in their shapes and designs.

Champagne flute

A champagne flute is a long-stemmed glass whose top consists of either a narrow bowl or a tapered conical shape. Generally, it is used for drinking sparkling wine, but exceptions for certain specific types of beers can be made.

Tulip glass

It is glass that has a bulbous body and a flared-out top that forms the shape of a lip. Belgian and Scottish ales, barley wine, and other aromatic beers are served in these glasses.

Goblet

A goblet, also known as the chalice, is a footed cup that is used for holding a drink. It is said to carry symbolic meaning and is often used in religious ceremonies for drinking.

Snifter

A snifter is a type of stemware, i.e., it has a bowl, stem, and foot. The stem of the glass is short with a narrow bowl and wide foot. Used for the serving of aged brown liquors like brandy, whisky, and bourbon.

Shot glass

A shot glass is used for measuring or holding liquors or spirits. The liquor poured in a shot glass is either consumed in one gulp or is used to form a cocktail.

Cocktail glass

Highball glass

Collins glass

Lowball glass

A Weizen glass is a type of glass with a wide top and narrow bottom. Wheat beer is served in a Weizen glass.

Mug

A mug is a large cylindrical cup that has a handle attached to one of its sides. It is used for drinking hot beverages like coffee, hot chocolate, etc.

Beer mug

It is a type of standard-sized mug used for drinking beer.

Teacup

A teacup is a type of vessel for drinking tea. It sometimes has a handle at one side, usually a little one that may be clasped with one or two fingers. Generally, the use of ceramic materials can be seen for making these cups.

Plastic cup

Mustache cup

A mustache cup is a type of cup which has a partial covering on top that protects the mustache of the person who is drinking from the cup.

Irish coffee mug/glass

An Irish coffee mug or glass is a type of mug or glass with straight sides, a handle, and sometimes a footing. It is mainly used for serving Irish coffee, but other hot beverages are also served.
