10 Lines on Martyr’s day: In remembrance of the death of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Raj-guru, Martyr’s day is celebrated on March 23rd. However, In India, there are 6 days which is celebrated as Martyr’s day to honour all the martyrs of the nation. The date January 30th is also recognized as Martyr’s day because of the assassination of Gandhi Ji, who is also known as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.

Not only this, the dates May 19th, October 21st, November 17th, and November 19th are also designated as Martyr’s day.

  1. Martyrs day is observed on January 30th to honour the martyrs of our motherland.
  2. The president and the prime minister of India put the decorated wreath on the samadhi which is there at the Rajghat memorial.
  3. There are also four other which are recognized as Martyr’s day, which are 23rd march, November 17th, October 21st, and November 19th.
  4. The whole country honours the fighters who lost their lives by giving two minutes of silence.
