Authorization Letter:<\/strong> A letter of authorization is a letter given to the recipient as a proof that he\/she is liable to perform an action on someone else\u2019s behalf. Suppose a person is sick or absent at the time of collecting his important documents and is unable to do so, then he can authorize a person of his trust to collect the certificate on his behalf. He needs to write an authorization letter stating the complete reason and validity of the letter.<\/p>\n
The format of authorisation letter should include the date, name of the person to whom it is written, detail of the person who has been authorized (like name and identity proof), reason for his unavailability, duration of the authorized letter and action to be done by another person.<\/p>\n
