Possession Certificate:<\/strong>\u00a0A possession Certificate is an official document given to a person having possession of a property. It is a document that transfers the ownership of a property such as a house or land or any commercial property from one person to another. Everything related to property such as investment and interest is transferred to the person. The possession is given based on the payment of some specific amount by the buyer.<\/p>\n
A possession letter is usually issued by a Tehsildar (in rural areas) and Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) in urban areas.<\/p>\n
