Adoption Certificate:<\/strong> Adoption certificate is provided to the child who has been adopted by a parents. Once the court has arranged the adoption for the child, in accordance with Juvenile Justice under the act of Care and Protection of Children, he\/she is issued with a certificate of adoption. This certificate works as a proof of identity of the adopted child and can be replaced by the original birth certificate.<\/p>\n
The adoption certificate represents that the child has been adopted by a family on a particular date from an homage or orphanage. The adopting party could be a parent, a single mother, a single father or a relative, They can adopt based on certain rules as per defined by CARA (Central Adoption Resource Authority) under government of India.<\/p>\n
CARA is the nodal body for adoption of Indian children and is mandated to promote and facilitate in-country adoptions and regulate inter-country adoptions, as Central Authority of Government of India. As per CARA, there are many girl children that are being adopted these days.<\/p>\n
